Heading through the door she was standing over will lead you to a large room filled with barrels - Laurentius is trapped in one of them, in the corner of the room. Use ranged attacks for an easy kill or bait her cleaver attacks for a backstab. A second Butcher will be standing on beams above you to the left, as you ascend the rubble into the hallway. Make use of your ranged attacks to dispose of them and then make your way up the pile of rubble down there, then head through the hole in the wall. Being cursed is a dire situation to be in and it's advised that you know more about the cursed status, how to improve your resistance to it and how to remove it before you begin. They spew a gas which will kill and curse you if you stay in it for too long.
